Spicy almond butter tofu with bok choy over rice. Radishes for color. One of my better plant-based dishes.

As an aside, I love me some pork chops. Wifey hates them. I haven't had a pork chop in at least a decade. I'll have to try my hand at cooking some up.

Easy! I like them on the grill. I rub a drop of olive oil on them. Then salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Grill on high, 4 minutes each side for a 1 inch chop. Enjoy.

Edit: I cheated on the baked and usedshake and bake. Gasp. I have a simple recipe that’s really good with fennel that you do on stove top. I’ll post it if you’re interested.

I've done S&B in the past and it usually comes out perfect. I like them baked. Throw in a side of stuffing and some apple sauce and I'm all set.
