They ended up calling me and asked me to send it somewhere. The reason for the dispute in the first place was that the package was damaged by the shipper's bad packaging methods, and he wouldn't refund. I won, got all my $$$ back, and sent the PC back in pieces. It was a super expensive Voodoo PC as well.

Oh ok, I emailed him a week ago asking him for a refund and he didn't respond so I opened a claim. That's all I have. Think I should try and email him and ask if he wants it back?

Meh I dunno, just keep it around for now and if there's a request or a response for it then send it back.
