Hi again!

Just got back from gym! The best workout I have had for a month! 20 min on cross trainer, 55 min weights (chest, upper back, biceps and abs) and 30 min on a bike. And yet I feel pretty OK, not as exhausted as lately after a 45 min workout. I think this vacation and chilling is actually doing me good

Well I try to go through the whole body once a week and don't wanna go / have time to go to gym more than 3-4 times per week. So I usually do

1) Biceps, chest, upper back
2) Triceps, shoulders, lower back
3) Legs

(I change a lot what I do, depending on which mood I am on

And abs almost every time. And never enough cardio coz it's boring and lifting weights is much more fun

I am very proud of my 20+30 minutes today.

Milla... try back/bis/cardio... chest/tris/cardio...legs/abs/cardio...

you want to maximize your workouts and combine muscle groups that go hand in hand... or i can just shut up

yea do what lana says....OR you can do bi/tris together, then back and shoulders together since they are somewhat of the same part of the body and one is a push and one is a pull

also never do a push the next day you should always do push,pull,push,pull

I am actually planning to change the routine pretty soon, been doing that for 2+ months now. In Finland I used to do shoulders/upper back /biceps - chest/triceps - legs and when I came here I just mixed it up a bit for a change.
