that would vary dealer to dealer... we had a local on this forum in nj go into the dealership with a waranty claim and a e90post.com sticker on his car and when he picked it up they had 20 printed out pages of posts discussing his cars mods and basically they rolled with scare tactics about his warranty being flagged!! so it varies...

Just got a call back from Andrew...

There are now AW w/ Black interiors left.. There were two, one has been sold and the other became a loaner car and can not be taken out.

So he's going to email me pictures of the one he has on his lot. It's saddle brown interior. It's a cheaper car at only 695.00, guessing since it's on there lot and its more flexible on price.

Cold, premium, Sport w/ 17's, Navi, sat radio, iPod.
