milla I had the best massage sat afternoon. This lady Lilly at Maximus day spa did it. I only go to her. She got all the knots out of my back and shoulders

hey lana...i was jsut wondering if you could help me out wit some info... I just applied for a securitization accounting analyst position and BMW NA....They were pretty vague on the job description.

I do remember going to a general interest meeting in college for the securitization dept at deloitte. Would you have any knowledge on what the position could entail?

BMW will take the principal + all forward cashflows of their loans and leases and package them into bond structures (or sell the cashflows outright), trying to sell them to the open market. They inturn use the cash to fund new loans/leases....etc. Very similar to how banks fund mortgages loans. My guess is the role will be involving analysis around payments BMW collects and how they are to be distributed to their investors. Just a guess.
