That’s what my GI doctor tells me. I am bad with veggies so at least I am good with cereal and fruit.

Breakfast sausage, eggs and onions scrambled in with it. Poured over some toast with cheese, Cholua hot sauce and cilantro. Gives me some fuel, although I’m sure people on the trails can smell me coming. Haha
