thinking of doing my tips, mufflers (not gonna take them off im just gonna squeeze under the car) and my rusty ass hubs. am i gonna be able to paint them and drive the same day?

yeah...at least the muffler/tips. I did mine and went out to lunch an hr later so if youre waiting like 4-5 hrs it should be fine, that paint is made to dry quickly

well i don't want to do that if you don't want them black, you could murder out everything else and then be ok

well I want either black or gunmetal csl's (i'll think about painting the M6's)... what do you guys think... is black too much with csl's?

I was leaning more towards gunmetal cuz its ALMOST black but subtle enough to show you more detail of the wheel and also not make your tires look super filthy.

Alright, so we have all been talking about what we want to do in April. Should we start a thread where we post what everyone wants to do and who is going to help with that? I want the black trim, thats for sure. Just need to decide who else wants to do it and where we should buy it. I have about 3-4 things I would like to do. We should start a thread, and try to keep it just to what we want to do. I know it will be hard

I want the black trim. On the fence about the CF trim inside, but I am pretty sure I wanna do that as well.

Feel the same way. Not sure about the CF trim. Don't know where to order the black trim and don't know who can install it.

Are you talking about the OEM Piano Black trim? You can get that through Tischer http://www.getbmwparts.com

no he meant changing the chrome trim on the exterior around the windows that he wants to change to black

vinyl overlay...calling a local shop to see if they can do something like that (tint shop...they do vinyl as well)....treated me real well for my tints..ill let you guys know
