Hi! So this thread convinced me that I wanted an e91. So after about 7 months of searching for the perfect one, I picked this baby up on Wednesday night.

2008, e91 328i, 6-speed







crappy photos that I took on my way to work. I'll get some better ones later this week. Hopefully I'll be on here a lot as I work through modding it and figuring out what to do/not to do (I am coming from a 96 camry, so I am very new to the BMW/nice car world).

I't s sapphire black with lemon yellow interior - i like it a lot. No mods being considered other than perhaps the genuine BMW 'performance' gloss black grills for it.

Get black grills and blackline taillight, and it will look awesome.

as for the rear lights - do they really make that much difference? they don't don't look much 'darker' to me?

how much are the blackline lights in the UK - does anyone know?

Hi,

From my experience, dealers in the UK don't seem to follow a specific price for these. They can range from about £150-£200 new. There are a few dealers sites that offer them for about £165 new, but I find that eBay seems to be quite good. You can generally pick them up new for about £140 and used anywhere from £50-£100.

I traded in my old 330ci convertible for an 07 CPO 328iT, I've always had wagons before the convertible (2xVolvo, 1 Passat), but had a midlife crisis and bought the 330ci. It was very nice, but feels good to have a wagon again. I've been checkin yall out and getting ideas, so far I've switched the stock 360 wheels for these 162s, I think it went from mom car to serious. Cant wait to do just a little more to make it mine.

After reading this thread I HAVE to buy new rims for my wife...or her wagon.
Her wagon looks like...well really bad, a lot of really nice rims in this thread.
Might even drop her car a bit, as the dropped ones look great.

has a very minor rub but getting the arches rolled on tuesday should do the job going to get rolled as much as he can so i can get it lower
