Id guess it's from condensation, but I'm no expert.

Usually thats moisture. Drive for a bit and see if its the same color.

not necessarily more often, but make sure to try to get the engine to full(or almost) operating temp whenever you drive it to burn off any shit in the engine/oil

Given your location in the Midwest, this is probably the emulsion of oil and condensed water that occurs in cold temperatures in the winter, sometimes affectionately referred to as "peanut butter." Nothing to be too concerned about if just under the oil cap.

It was someone elses LOL. Just took a pic while walking. I usually let my dog stay in the back. The sensatec is DURABLE ASFK. But my dog scratched up that plastic panel under the AC vents in the rear.

No, it is at stock ride height. I guess it looks like it's lifted because it's so rare to see an E9x that hasn't been lowered.

Unfortunately, because of the steepness of my driveway, it will have to stay at stock ride height.
