Call up new century and ask for Mark Shay (SP?). He was the one that fixed jasons fuel pump as well so he knows of the problem. Just tell him that you went to other dealerships and they all claimed you had no problem and you wanted to bring it over for him to check out.

on a different note, your first time you get your car serviced at NC BMW, they send you a 15% off for any parts you want. Thats BS. i get my car serviced everytime there and i never got this. It seems like they just started this right now since vicky just got her 15% voucher.
