yea thats a good idea too. My dad just did one but its not selling for shyt. I have alot of friends in Real Estate and things are dry man. Especially with the Subprime market the way it is...

That's true. No one is looking to buy right now. Probably in the Spring things will pick up. Usually winters are a bad time to sell.

yea..plus we got screwed by the contractor. The house was supposed to be doen in 6 months but it took a year a few months. He left the job and we had to hire a outside contractor to finish his work
