By makeover, do you mean Wheels and emblem? I liked it better before.
Strange you have chrome trim around the windows. I thought all IS had black trim?

Yeah changed up the wheels, emblems, grill and reflectors, still gotta change the side marker lights too, had it stock for a good while!

All the E93 cabriolet models come with the chrome trim versus the black on the E92s!

you should add some spacers in rear, looks like they could use a 20mm bump

FBO running 18psi on e50. Inlets are next on the list.

What is your suspension set up and wheel specs in this picture?

How are you liking them? For me there's no drone and little to no rasp. Now it's time for you to shoot some flames

Love em. I did notice a little drone around 80 mph this morning but not bad at all.
Humm, I bet I can shot flames. If not now, next week after the new turbos for sure

If you do flames tell me how you do it because I'v been trying to all this time and never been able.

Are you on custom tune?

Yes, tuned by Dimitri and BQ Tunning.

Okay I guess that's why.

I'm am full catless with resonators. I still have my muffler box though. MHD and have max burples and impossible to get flames.

Maybe the burples makes it so everything blows up to early in the downpipes so I don't see it?

Or I should straight pipe the insides of my muffler.

You don't need a custom tune, MHD's burble feature on aggressive is enough. It takes practice/trial/error, just have to keep tapping the throttle until RPMs drop to 3.5k. Then let the car coast and you'll hear the flame torch poof sound going through the exhaust followed by a bang. No need to remove mufflers. Just all 4 cats.

Ok I'll try again. I'm very used to the light thorttle tap to force pops when I downshift, it's so loud when it does pop. That's also how I make it pop at idle.

Maybe I do get flames I just don't notice or see them.

So force the burple to keep burbling all the way to 3.5k (by keeping throttle lightly pressed) then let go of it and let it cost?

Fixed it for you.

Ok I'll try the tapping trick instead. With my car the way I activated the burbles was just to literally press the throttle down by like, 1mm, it doesn't actually make the engine rev but it activates the burbles.

But maybe tapping it does it differently, I'll try to get some friends record it while we drive haha.

Flame update: nada. But I'm more interested in flames at idle so I'm going to have to get a jb4 and 2 step.

On another note does anyone run their car basically straight pipe with resonators and stock x pipe? I'm considering doing a muffler delete, or at least fill the inside of the muffler with just straight pipes and remove the "dog hair" isolation.

I have my exhaust set up like that. Not "is" though.

Just wanna say finally got some flames down there when driving as you say. It looks pretty sick.

Thats strange. Mine looks like this w. no album cover art. Could it be because I have a 2011?
