i meant most of my girls drive Xi's... i agree their 110% more usable that the i... my car blows in the snow!!

if you decide you want it off, its pretty easy to do, i can tell ya how to do it

no sir, jack up one front corner, remove the wheel, put a jack under the rotor ( you can lift it but much easier with a jack) take the 3 13mm nuts off in the engine compartment that hold the strut in, lower the jack, and reach up there from the fender liner and take the plate off, then jack it back up, line up the 3 studs and alignment stud, and tighten the 3 bolts. should take about 10 minutes per side

I took it out immediately, my ride is very comfy tho (for a lowered car)
