Mexico posts some pretty solid NFL ratings and Canada as well IIRC. I think in EU it gets the best ratings in the UK and France, and while it's nowhere near soccer levels, the interest is quite the opposite from "nonexistent"

I've been planning on driving there for the race since I first heard they were building the track there. Plus it'll be the last year with the V8s (at least for awhile) so I'm definitely not missing this.

One of my cousins in Poland said he watched some NFL and thought it was pretty decent.

However soccer in Europe is like a religion, and if you call it soccer there you will get beaten.

I heard that if they can sort out the HPFP they are switching to N54is motors in 2013

I think that's in the works. The main problem is developing a tire that doesn't immediately explode upon WOT. I think Michelin and Bridgestone have actually teamed up on this because they both hit a figurative wall in testing.

LOL, well to be fair, while there are different connotations today, in my day it ALSO referred to the fact that soccer players would magically transform a nice field to shit. Soccer, with all its hard cuts really chops up the turf, causing ankle issues for football and terrible outfield hops for baseball.
