I spoke with Andrew and he was cool about things, he wants me to keep him posted.
He's going to ask around and see if his service manager believes that the program update will solve the mis-fire problem.
He definitely wants to take care of things and help me.

I sent him an email just know asking what the possibility is to opt-out of this current car and go with another. In hopes it wont have problems, but also perhaps a car with Logic7. I also told him in the email that I called the Attorney Generals office to find out what PA's Right to Rescind Purchases are, but i really hope he doesn't take offense to that...

I need to cover my ass you know..
