they send my wife a letter 2 months ago and ask if she's willing to continue and renew. my wife fill out all the forms and sent in everything say yes. but that envelope was prepaid by them, so we can't certified it. my wife call the agent 2 weeks later for status, no one reply. so we assume everything are good, they got the package. a month later, which is 2 weeks ago, she got another letter, stated that her insurance will be end by the end of this month because they didn't hear anything from us. we call the agent right away, 2 days later, she return our call, and we resubmit everything again. and called her last week. she got it this time. and told us she needs time to process it. start from this Monday, we call everyday, 2 to 3 times a day, no one return our call or give us the status. that's all...

we went through the agent, not directly to blue cross.
