For sure....you should stop by earlier than you are ready so that you can scope out future plans and get on the waiting list for the best lot (should be a short list nowadays). The good ones go by quickly (i.e. ones with the best view/location). Some of our neighbors pay the same as we do, but they literally face an alley way.
