For the love of God. What on earth? I'm gobsmacked.

Bigbmw - you are only making this worse. There has obviously been problems in the past and this is why this thread is still running. I personally have never been to your site and never would, as it's the wrong area of the country for me.

I can see that you are trying to get a meeting organised but then you seem to want to scare people off by threatening legal action? What kind of business does that??

English translation:

If someone was spreading lies about you - and you know they're wrong: Would you not sue them for slander if it was costing you money and stress?
David Beckham and many other good people do they same, so why can't I?

As for meeting: I would like to meet you guys. This would show the honest people who are genuine people and not fake and sort this out once and for all.
We're here to do more business and if this helps us do this we will listen.
We have invested over 12 million pounds in this company and are investing more in future. This company has been going over 15 years and will be here a lot longer - and we admit, like every human person: We can't get everything right for everyone... But we sell over 300 a month and have only a handful of complaints in 15 years to and we will do our best to please as many people as we can.

Thanks
for your comments.

For what it's worth it still doesn't make total sense: I don't have a 100% grasp of the mongo->English dictionary. But I've done my best. Hope that helps.

Top one Mega thank you

I have to agree even for a car salesman a simple grasp of Englinsh and grammar should not be too much. Especially as in such job you are required to read and understand complex policies, rules and other documentation

If you cant do that what chances are there of getting anything else right.

The fact that someone at Big Motoring World has come on here is a bold and brave move, however, it seems that the chosen ‘spokesman’ is not the right man for the job. To come on here sounding like he has the intellect of child (a slow one at that) really does not do Big Motoring World any favours whatsoever.

Every post you make reconfirms Big Motoring World’s attitude to the whole sales process. Brash, uneducated, fly-by-night, bullying, the list goes on...

* What is this constant boasting about the number of cars stocked/sold – who really gives a crap.
* Why are all other motor traders jealous – there’s almost always someone bigger than you in your chosen profession but there’s room for all; no need for jealousy.
* There are only a couple of members on here linked to the motor trade – I can assure you that the majority of posters on here are genuine people whether linked to the trade or not.

Just because you’ve answered one question regarding a car still being shown for sale (when apparently the person who bought that car has flagged this up with you before) and invited us all to meet you guys (and why the hell would I give up me spare time doing that) it doesn’t mean you’ve suddenly going to get us all ‘on-side’.

A completely missed opportunity to redress people’s concerns and gain confidence. I’m just completely staggered by your attitude.

FUCKING WELL DONE .

BigBmw - can I ask what your real name and position is at Big Motoring World? I've no axe to grind but have found this thread amusing. I like the fact you are trying to deal with the issues head on, and are finally man enough to declare your hand.

Next time it's half-term in Kent make sure your Father enables parental controls on all the office computers.

I'm sorry but you present more of a danger to the business than it's reputation by having access to the world wide web.

Turn the computer off and go and play in the snow, you'll do less damage.

Well lets see I'm dyslectic and English is my second languagage. I also have quite a few friends who are dyslectic.

Thats still no excuse to write posts in such bad manner. It shows poor attention to detail and respect to people reading it. in my IMO anyway.

Well I'm not in the trade but know that both of my used BMWs bought from a dealer are AUCs - They gave me a nice folder with each car with 'Approved Used Car' written all over it. It wasn't a massive leap for me to work out that that is what AUC stands for and many on the forum have far more between their ears than me.

You only need to look at the other posts throughout the forum by members of the site to see that most are not in the trade, but are passionate about their BMWs. The few that are in the trade seem quite open about it (except you until recently).

I have never visited Big Motoring World, but I have phoned up about an advertised car. I have followed this thread since joining the forum and to be honest your recent spate of posts has simply served to prove how accurate the thread is.

Crickey; you don't stop do you!

Sytner may not be the best dealership in the world, but I choose to buy my car from their AUC programme as I know that their cars have verified service history / mileage, been looked after and maintained correctly, passed BMW's AUC criteria, and it's all backed by a BMW 12 month warranty should the need ever occur.

I am only being honest with my thoughts on Big. I contacted you guys as I was interested in a 730d, only to be repeatedly told that there was a 730d on the website within my price range. However, the car on the site was a 730i, and not what I asked for. The couple of phonecalls I received after were still making reference to the 730i petrol on the site so clearly, this was a basic schoolboy error on your part; hence my participation in this thread.

I hope that's an end to it

I'm on the dyslexic scale. My girlfriend is dyslexic. As is her father.
We all know what a paragraph is, and what the word "punctuation" means.

Don't make excuses that don't stick.

Furthermore.
How on EARTH do you think coming on here with this attitude is going to do anything but make your failed 1980's business model of a company look even more preposterous?

No doubt your PA (As per several previous PA's) will now register on here, pretend to be a customer "overwhelmed by your outstanding service" and tell us about the amazing car she just bought from bigmotoringworld in essex? I'm only assuming as your company has tried this trick several times before.

WTH? Your company even phoned twice to see if I was still interested! Either you company is crassly incompetent and cannot even keep reasonable records OR you are lying. Either way I think I will keep with my original review of your company to quote:
