Do I REALLY need to open EVERY mailbox to check and see that a single stinking message is stuck and not getting forwarded to PST delivery location all the time???????????? They already think I spy on their web trafficing, now I gotta read their email too?

then make ur old server a front end for owa

The user who was having the issue IS on the new server, but since the old one is the conduit, it choked trying to get it over to the new server/PST. They both have OWA, just only available internally. I had to use OWA to delete the message, no version of Outlook would open or delete the stuck message form the Inbox or Deleted items.

i would backup their e-mail, and then delete their mailbox, and then re-import their mail to flush out their email box.
