The car can be repaired. As long as you're fine, we can all sleep well tonight.

If he rearended you, no questions ask, it's all his fault. Go get your police report and call your insurance company right away.

Do you want my OEM rear bumper?

it happened yesterday to my w203, e90 is ok. i changed lanes on van ness and i was half way in the lane because of traffic. i was stopped for at least 5-10secs and he hits me right on the corner. i have pics of the damage on my phone. i'll upload when i get a chance. now i know a benz is stronger than an audi cuz his s4 is hella messed up in the front.

I think it was his benz. But he can try to install a BMW part, which may hold up better.

That has got to be the Audi's fault.

Exactly the same thing happened to my Jetta earlier this year. I was at the complete stop and a brand new black S4 hitted me in the back. I need only rear bumper, but the front of that S4 is gone. I really wonder if all the S4 have problem with their break?

By the way, the driver of that S4 is an indian woman. No offense, I hate indian drivers. My girl also got hit in the back by indian woman last year and if you've ever been to silicon valley you will know. All indian drivers drive like grandmom, 20mph on 40mph lane or change lane with looking.....sigh.

Call the manager again tomorrow and talk to him in person or leave all the massages until he returns your call. Call every 15 minutes!

but on freeway, if someone stop without right reason, cause the car behind him to hit the car, then that's the front car's fault.
