I know, I suck at remembering to take pictures. We did a bit of hopping last night, but for dinner we ended up at this place called Birra Birra Craft Pizzeria last night. Same little area where Gordon Ramsay is going to open up a restaurant here.

This is a "farm-to-table" Italian place.

Wood fired oven in the middle of the restaurant, we shared skillet lasagna and a white pizza. Outstanding.

I typically do Chicken but I do love Veal as well. This time had to compromise though as I prefer Cremini mushrooms in the mix and couldn't find any at my local grocery store, had to settle with the basic bella and shiitake.

Nice! That's one of my all time favorite meals. My best friend since high school, his late mother used to make it for us. So freaking good. Around the holidays she used to always make an extra large batch so we could take some back to Stillwater (OK ST) for leftovers.

And like a lot. Like we'd have to freeze some of it because she sent us back with so much.
