I did not like Prestige!

My experience started with a phone call earlier in the day to set up an appointment to test driving and then hopefully purchasing an e92 that night. So I go to the dealership around 6pm for my appointment and the sales associate I was meeting was on her way out the door as I walked in so she passed me along to someone else. As I re-explained to the new associate some of the options I had already explained over the phone they tried to find the test car they told me that would be waiting. About 10 minutes go by and they tell me that one of the other sales associates took it home. Fortunately the guy was cool enough and headed back to BMW so I could take the test drive. A quick 10 minute drive convinced me that I would be getting an e92. We get back to the dealership and I wait at my SA desk as he and another person go outside to appraise my trade in. Watching them from the window I see they are struggling to open up the hood of my car. I actually thought it was pretty hilarious, have they ever touched a car before? It reminded me of the scene from Zoolander when they try to get the info out of the computer!! Ha! So the SA comes back in and says something along the line of: the car must have been in an accident since we had trouble opening my hood. I let them know I can show them how to open the hood if you don’t know how. Anyway I explain I want to do ED and wanted some more details on how it would work. I already made up my mind that I would not be purchasing from them but I figured I would waste some of their time considering I drove 50 minutes to get to them and had to put up with their BS. The SA tells me that he does not do ED and the person to speak to had already left for the day and he would have to get back to me tomorrow. I never received a call from him. I guess he was too embarrassed because they couldn’t open up the hood. Maybe this was not a typical experience with them but it was enough to keep me away. I hope know one has the same!

They still have no clue about European Delivery. Nice people, but they are lost when it comes to this program.

I BOUGHT 1 CAR FROM THEM AND THE FINANCE MANAGER WAS A COMPETE CROOK AND I HAD TO REPORT THEM TO THE BBB to get Reimbursed after a change in the month lowered the BMWCPO rate fro 2.9 to 0.9% . They took the difference and gave me "Free Gap Insurance" and wasted 2.5 hours of my time in the process....longest check out ever!!!!!
The above happened after I had a dispute with CPO ing my vehicle at Park Ave when BWFS accidently raised my Resid. Value the $375 plus tax that they reimbursed me for for leasing another BMW (my 8th from Park Ave.) Once BMWFS corrected THEIR mistake, Park Ave would not lower their CPO price the same amount so I went to Prestige.....
I gave them another chance on 2 occassions.... I can say the salesmen vary dramaticly. A young black man who took me on a test drive was excellent after the older Italian sales person I was suppose to meet was not there as he promised to be. He was working off site at their CPO Dealership/ a dumpy place. The older gentleman lied about having the car I wanted to test drive (Z435-6spd) at that site and had me drive up to where he was...what a waste of time.....they had a crappy gold 2.8 z4.....
Then he informed me he was my salesperson and not the black guy I like. I am Italian also, and a bit laid back....this guy harrassed me for over a year........
I went back one other time to buy an X5 and a young guy (white, hispanic or greek...not sure at this time) was too busy chatting up the receptionist to answer my questions. Finally, he basicly laughed, eyeing the hot chic when I asked for a Brochure (I hate downloading from BMWUSA and prefer paper)....Ended up taking all my business to Paul Miller

Prestige BMW sucks so does the manager Mike Morganstein and pretty much all the sales people. The only thing good is the service department, they are AWESOME.

They have no courtesy to call you back, they lost 3 sales in over a year from us.

I had an excellent experience with Prestige Pre-Owned recently. Bobby Lombardo was excellent and really worked to get me where I needed to be. I also thoroughly enjoyed the "delivery specialist" treatment they give when you get into your new car. A nicely dressed man in a white //M jump suit walked me through every feature on the car, and then followed up a week later asking if I was confused or had any questions.

Prestige BMW is also quite large so they get alot of speciality cars. They had a bunch of Alpinas, and a satin white M6 convertible i was drooling over.

Open Road BMW in Edison is a bunch of shady, unprofessional folks ... stay away!

Several Errors and Issues on my recent '14 550xi purchase .. would expect much better treatment on an $89k car purchase!

Everyone from CA to Sales Manager to General Manager are all sleazy!

+1 Circle BMW in Eatontown, NJ

I have had nothing but great experiences with this dealership ... despite purchasing 2 BMWs at other dealerships because of price ... I have always used this dealership for Parts & Service, and have always been treated well.

Finally came to terms on price with this dealership, and expecting delivery of my '14 X5 35i in a few months.
