Off the subject, but I ordered a set from **********s about 3.5+ weeks ago and they still havent shipped. Im starting to think that most of these guys direct ship from the spring companies, and the spring companies dont have jack to send.

I knew that H&R Distributor is having the H&R Sport springs on back-order for 2 weeks before. But i asked 2 days ago they are all back in stock.

In regarding to this special i've ask Carlos if they have the springs in stock for immediately shipment because i need it urgently and he told me that they have them in-stock and will took 1 day to receive it. But now abt 10 days

Well if they were in stock at H&R Distribution then I would have had them by now, seeing as how they come from Bellingham, WA (pretty sure, my last set of H&R coilovers came from there even though I ordered from SPP) which is only about 4 hours away. Guess we will see when they ship or hear anything.

Guys, its out of the the sellers hands. H&R stopped production on the springs for a while and isnt giving them a "ship date".

Thats my understanding as of now. Stop me if I am wrong.

I know, but before i make my order i was asking Trendix whether they have them in-stock for immediate shipping and Trendix told me yes and only took 1 day to arrive. Tat's why i make my order.

Carlos, please reply us and let us know when can we receive our springs. If it gonna take longer time then i need my refund as other vendor having the springs in-stock now for immediate shipping. Thxs

Wow I am so glad that everyone is so concerned with my personal well being instead of the delayed shipment of their parts.......

First off I will apologize to everyone which have not received their products yet.

Secondly, everyone that has filed a dispute or made a claim with their credit cards will get their refund and I will have UPS reroute the delivery. If you receive the product already please have UPS send it back.

Everyone else who are still waiting will be getting their products later this week or early of next. We will also be giving all those of you who have patiently waited a $100 discount towards a later purchase with us.

Simply put there are no excuses for us but I am a one person operation with part-time help. Had issues with UPS then got into a car accident. I asked my part-time guy to help with some of the issues on the forums but he said he did not know where to start.

There are quite a few PM, emails, and voicemails which I will deal with one by one so if you haven't gotten anything yet it's not because I don't care but simply because I am swamped. I am sorry to have cause any inconvenince to anyone and understand if you want a refund.

I understand it can be hecktic Carlos, and we appreciate the notice. A notice is all it really takes . Please PM or email me my tracking info once it's shipped, and I'll be sure to put the $100 to good use .

Thanks for being understanding how we feel. So can you please ship me my springs as soon as possible. I was waiting 2 weeks for it and you mentioned to me that shipping will not take more than 1 day.

Carlos, please let us know when can u ship out our springs. Please give us the tracking number.....how long are we need to wait. We make an order abt 2 weeks ago and we received nothing from you. no comfirmation of shipping date. I don't understand how hard it is to ship out the springs.....we have all make a full payment. wat is the problem here, what make you took so long to ship the springs to us ? other vendor can ship it within a day why u can't ?
