we just got the exhaust in today!

we're going to be doing a lot of dynoing (also including our secret downpipe that we'll be releasing as well.. shhhh... ) to show difference in the following situations:

1.) stock downpipes + stock catback exhaust (with XEDE and without XEDE)

2.) stock downpipes + RennART catback (w/ XEDE and w/o XEDE)

3.) RennART downpipes + stock catback (w/ XEDE and w/o XEDE)

4.) RennART downpipes + RennART catback (w/ XEDE and w/o XEDE)

quick reminder post:

on 12/15/07 the price will automatically be changed online to $1599. this is when we're expecting to receive the first 25pc batch. the next 25 (which arrive in mid january), and going forward are all full price $1599/$1699 (non res/resonated versions).

*at this time our online store is still accepting orders at the $995/$1095 price. in other words, there are still some spots left at the wholesale/group buy price.

We really need some better videos of the exhaust please. Without any real life reviews its hard enough, but just hearing it revving is kind of tough to base a decision on. If we could hear some other vids under load that would be great.

Will this be the same if you ever come out with the sedan exhaust? Will we get a GB price or will it automatically come out at full price?

yeah, sorry guys. as promised, a bunch of nice videos will be made once we have everything together. right now we just finished our downpipes and immediately we needed a new XEDE tune because our downpipes made the boost spike so hard (20psi) that the car kept going into limp mode. right before it goes into limp mode, it rips! I can't wait to see what kind of hp/tq we're going to get with this all together. apparently, we even need an all new XEDE box, since the box we got early this year needed to be updated as well. it's coming in monday. we'll keep you posted.

also, the dp's with the o2 bungs set up the way they are have not thrown any codes so far!! so that's good news!

Have you put any long non-stop driving trips on yet? I was told if your going to get CEL lights with catless DP's, that's when they are going to show on 1+ hour drives.

sorry, no long trips done yet with the dp's. i will be driving it quite a bit, however, very soon. i'll keep you posted regarding any codes etc.
