Sounds like a MB problem! If the FIA wasn't such a crappy organization MB could simply be told to revert back to an earlier wing. One that doesn't flex unless they have been cheating all season.

Actually I have a better idea. Since the FIA is going to allow MB to keep their Flexi FRONT & REAR wings OTHERS should be able to revert to theirs!!!

Hammy's shouldn't have a problem with that. They lost their self-righteous minds with Flexi rear wings earlier this season.

Or maybe MB should fix it out of good faith and sportsmanship since they would never knowingly cheat
