what is the difference between B16 and PSS9 or PSS10 ? I understand that you can adjust damp. from the inside of your car but the ride height still needs to be adjusted man. right ?

Any good deals on PSS9 or PSS10 ?

Yes

The thing that makes these different from other coilovers, is the fact that are electonic and can be controlled from the cabin

So does one have to run wires to all 4 corners of the car and then inside the cabin or are these controlled via RF/wireless?
