Official Performance Mod List for 335i

hey guys
i have a question
if i get the procede chip, will my dealer void my warranty even though i'm leasing the car? what i mean is that since the car is theirs why would they void the warranty to prevent me from going to BMW for service check ups when i could go to (i.e. Mr Lube) and get the oild change done cheaper? (because they need the car to be in good condition so when the lease is over they could sell it at a higher price)
I'm really concerned about my warranty because this car isn't exactly priced fairly and i don't wanna have to pay their expensive charges for normal service check ups.

i think the OP is missing the most important thing BMW missed: LSD

so let's say you want to get some kick out of the car, you gotta put on:
GM intake (2k)
FMIC (1500)
PROcede (900- say used)
DP's (800)
Exhaust (1300 +/-)
Coilovers (1500 +/-)

BOV doesnt add power so i wont put it in here...

let's see how much it's gonna cost: that's about $8500-$9000

that's with no wheels, lip, body kit, tint, etc
damn this car can make u bankrupt

Edit: forgot LSD too! that's another 2000
so you're looking at 10k-11k

Dixis also have FMIC and Oil cooler :

FMIC (in the front is Dixis)

Oil Cooler (in the front is Dixis)

from these pictures, it seems it can be replaced directly without modifications.

Um sorry for this post, but i've tryed to search and almost all of us have different cars some have stick i's & xi's some step etc... lol i dunno what to beleive anymore lol newb here, anyway i have a 2007 335xi Step Sedan. just wanted to know what works for my car, meaning what mod's, like what chips, exhaust, air filter etc... and 1 more thing i wanted to install quad mufflers, what company sells the quad bumper to fit the e90 335xi sedan.
