I am looking to change the light bulb for the rings. Thanks.
These are just a replacement to the bulb that illuminates the angel eyes, so no other modifications are necessary to the headlight itself.

No these are for different year cars. the LUX E90 V7 are only for the 06-08 sedan's with Xenon headlights. For yoru 2011 you can use the LUX H8 180 or the LUX H8 V5

Please send me a comparison between 160 and 180 next to each other. I’m looking for a more purple colour than 160 to match e92 lci and fading. If it does both of these then I’ll upgrade my e92 from the 160 and buy your v7 for my e90 as well.

side by side in pictures they look about 99% the same, only in person do they look different. Camera's are not able to catch the brightness differences as well as your eyes. These are still around a 6500-7000k color and the LUX E90 V7 for the sedans are the same color as well. LED's dont really come higher than 7000k anymore, at least not in abundance.

Thanks. What is the difference in appearance in person? Do they fade in/off? Will there be any discounts for Boxing Day? Are there Canadian resellers?

Hi, I'm interested in upgrading the Angel eyes. Looks like my 2010 E90 335 has the Xenon headlights. So just have a few question. Are these direct replacements? IE plug and play? Just trying to decide which ones to get. I like the H8 V5 but $200 ? Any deals or discounts available? It looks like there are 2 install guides H8 and E90? the H8 install doesn't look too bad. That is if I can get to the back easy? The other install guide has you jacking the car up and removing the wheels and wheel well. Would like to get some clarification there. Help a BMW newb. Thanks

Yes these lights are 100% plug and play - remove the original and install the LUX. You can go with either the LUX H8 V5 adjustable white or the pure white LUX H8 180 which is overall brighter. On our website we have install guides and you would need to one for the E90 sedan, not the E92 coupe. There is a cover on the back of the headlight that needs to be removed first and then you can install them.

Please feel free to send me a message here or an e-mail to Sales@LuxAngelEyes.com and we can help out any other questions.

in an 09 LCI sedan with OEM xenon headlights (w/idrive), can you confirm with the LUX H8 180 installed that JUST the DRLs will illuminate while driving, without any park lights or headlights being on?

thanks!

The LUX H8 180 are a bulb replacement so they will operate the same way as the original lights do. If you have DRL's turn on then Yes they will turn on with the car.

You just pack it in with the rest of the wiring. I dont see what else you could do with it.
