Spotted a NE long roof while west bound on the Pike in Ludlow. Lowered grey non LCI. I know that 3 techs at W. Springfield have long roof's.
Hicksonj: you should post a few photo's, imagine it will sell pretty quick I got mine last month for reasonable 5.1K |

Last week, she decided it needed to be run since it had sat for a while. It was 95F+ out. She started it, cranked up the AC (of course, to keep things cool), and forgot about it for some time that I cannot extract. I found it sitting in its own juices with the rad fan at 11. There's oil on the water-side. Hopefully, it can be salvaged.

I'm in Westford, MA
2011 328i rwd/6spd Lemans/Saddle Msport 62k Bought in 2017 from PO in Indiana. Perfect "dad car," everything I had hoped it would be. Light mods: 3-stage intake, cdv delete, dinan cat-back and rear sway bar. |

Sorry, did not mean to imply my car was for sale, just introducing myself. Thought that was the purpose of the thread.
But I do need to get some more photos of the car (the photo above is actually from PO), so I will post after next detail. |

I am surprised BMW put the n52 engine in the x5. I test drove one before picking up the 335D X5. Very underpowered. Hell the e9X with the n52 feels underpowered and sluggish that I had. My deleted m57 gets better mpg and is 100x more fun to drive. Cost was basically the same I was only looking at LCI e70s. I think you should sell the x5 with the blown motor to me. I will find it a good home.

I wouldn't swap it, I already own two M57s. I would just throw another N52 in and flip it or sell to a buddy for cheap.

Damn, Sam_in_MA. Looks great. Love the rims!
I like the N52 in the E70. Definitely not a rocketship, but it's a great family car. Hopefully, I'll just need a top-end, but replacement N52s are a dime-a-dozen, so not worried. |

Thanks! Been a while since I had a great *looking* car that made me turn for another look as I walk away. It's an intangible but adds so much to the ownership experience. These cars are so nicely proportioned and the M-sport "stance" doesn't hurt.
Hoping to add some more tangible enjoyment soon with the 3-stage intake tune. Intake manifold is already installed, but the car never got the software. I will search when I have more time to see if people think it's worth the ~$500, but would appreciate any quick takes you guys have. |

I'd like to to add that to mine as well. Mine is auto but I can deal with that for now. Only thing I dislike about the LCI cars is the sidemarkers on the front bumpers.

Sam_in_MA I personally wouldn't bother with the $500 tune until you first try the stock 330 maps from https://bimmerlabs.com/
It's free, and the difference from the bimmerlabs tune to the $500 one is incremental at best.
