Ok gents, I just went FBO last weekend and have been running the E40 map for a couple days. I have this nagging suspicion I'm dealing with a boost leak, so here are a couple very short logs through the meat of 3rd gear in case that sheds any light on the situation. My HPFP is also dipping toward 1500 psi at peak torque, so hopefully that's not a problem in the making; LPFP is good, however, thanks to Stage 1 inline pump.
Hope the logs aren't too short to be of use... http://www.datazap.me/u/lichides/log...=2&data=4-6-23 http://www.datazap.me/u/lichides/log...=0&data=4-6-23 |

Thanks!
Vac lines look good, and I cranked down all the hose clamps I touched during the FMIC and CP install last week. A couple were definitely looser than I'd like. Can't say the new log looks much if any better, though. I'm 1-2 psi below target for the whole run, but based on the low WGDC it looks to me like the ECU isn't trying very hard to get it back on target. What seems weird is that there is no taper to the target boost like I would expect. The actual load is tracking the slope of the requested load with a smallish offset, but due to the totally flat target boost curve the actual boost is falling way short as revs increase. Sooooo.... Does that mean no boost leak, but maybe tired, stock turbos? http://datazap.me/u/lichides/log-146...=0&data=4-6-23 Here's a log from a few months ago for comparison, Stage 1+ v5.3: http://datazap.me/u/lichides/log-145...6-21&zoom=9-74 |

ok my story hoping someone can chime in.
i had a bunch of work done on my car, kittyless dp's, all new index 12 injectors(all coded) walnut blast, new plugs, new pre-cat o2's. all done at the same time. so here is my issue, car ran great, no smoke or anything. i load up v6 93 tune with no intercooler. when i come to a stop but only sometimes, the car will puff out some smoke, I am going to order the rb pcv. well besides that the car does not hold boost very well. and i get codes 2c7e lambda probe behind catalytic converter trimming control 2c6a oxygen sensore after catalytic converter mixed up 2ded power management standby current control 30ff turbocharger, charge air presure too low sometimes i get a vanos code but i forgot to write it down. at high rpm is the only time this happens, i can sometimes clear the code via mhd, but sometimes have to shut the car off and it will clear. im not sure where to start looking. any help is much appreciated! http://datazap.me/u/krukedking/half-...og=0&data=4-23 |

Would appreciate some further insight into this log: http://datazap.me/u/escapeyourmind/n...12-13-14-24-27
Fueling looks good, and no throttle closures (used to have a problem with this). However, boost doesn't seem to be reaching target, and there are some corrections across all cylinders. Spark plugs could use a changing, not sure if that would help clear up some of the corrections. A bit concerned with the boost though. No codes. Any thoughts? |

Stock turbos replaced under warranty. Turbos have less than 5k miles on them. Yes, I've added a FMIC and the air temps were about 80* outside during this run.

log check...
MHD Wedge tuned e60 FBO+ stock turbo. i'd still like to turn it up a bit more midrange/top end but don't know why i cant make more boost up top....turbos have 70k on them....is it just worn turbos? might be time for new hybrids next season anyway http://datazap.me/u/msport335/mhd-e6...og=0&data=3-22 will be hitting the track friday night .....curious to know if its safe for me to choose the "desensitize knock sensor" option when flashing __________________

Okay as some of you may have seen previously I was having issues (e40 ots map)with hpfp with to much e85. I've since burned off the tank and filled with 93 fuel. Little did I know I would walk into misfire central on st2 MHD ots 93 tune. I had issues on v5 and v6 93 maps. I decided to run the 95 octane map out of curiosity and got no misfires but fueling looks like a concern. Got an appointment with dealer in am to address hpfp issue so hope that goes well. Mean while can someone check these 93 logs 😕 . plugs were changed 2k ago FBO minus fmic (on the way) http://datazap.me/u/d8rknight/93-and-95?log=0&data=4-22
Keep in mind I've been running Cobb e30 and st aggressive map the past year no issues |

Next time you log, you should go WOT for the entire gear if it is safe to do so. Ideally WOT 3rd and into 4th and hold it for 2s.
