Really wouldn't show anything. If you have a torque curve from a dyno pull you can compute the thrust at the road. Acceleration will be the thrust force divided by the mass of the car. Lowering the final ratio ~15% will increase thrust ~15% and thus increases acceleration ~15%, neglecting tire slippage, etc.
A 15% change in the final ratio for the 2011 E90 6MT makes sixth the 1:1 gear so top end speed isn't changed. If your sixth gear isn't the same ratio you'll have to compute the necessary final ratio to make it 1:1 from the overdrive ratio it's at now.

Safecraft 5# FE-36 fire suppression system installed, no pictures yet of the nozzle locations though.
Ended up having to use a separate bracket. Was an option from the beginning as the console would likely not support the pull force or the cable bend radius requirements. Works for me anyway. Probably should be painted a bright white for contrast I guess.

Did you find a way to bypass the CEL? Also did you buy anything downstream from headers or do the SS headers bolt up to stock piping?

And the headers bolt right up to the stock exhaust, didn't change a thing.

I knew AA could disable the CEL but the issue for me at least is still passing inspection. NJ DMV plugs into the OBD and if they see the readiness disabled they won't pass me. |

Dunno details about the Z4 but it seems odd that it wouldn't fit up to the stock exhaust if mine would. The collectors ended up in the same plane and orientation as stock. Is the OE header for the Z4 the same p/n as it is for the 328i? Dumb question I know but maybe it holds the answer.

The main Supersprint website is down (NA is up but doesn't have same level of details) but I recall the main site saying the headers would only bolt up to their midpipes, which is this part: http://www.supersprintna.com/product...earch_model/98 Their main site did say they were coming out with a straight pipe mid version is above which should be cheaper. Btw how's the smell with catless? |

Haven't been there with it running since they hooked up the exhaust so no idea how it smells without the cat.

You guys should be careful when throwing around the name of the tuner that helps with cel, readiness, ect. Would suck if they got in trouble and it ruined it for everyone....just saying

Got to start it up today. Without a doubt it's going to have to be started with the garage door closed. Hooboy. Could not have asked for anything better.
Ran it for a while, rev'ed up past 5K, smoothed right out above idle and clean all the way up although revs dropped a bit slower than I'd expected. After that I couldn't smell any difference in the exhaust, nobody else could either.

What are your thoughts on secondary delete vs high flow replacements?

At least in the case of Evolve, I doubt they care. Quite a bit of ocean between them and any US based DoT.

From what I can find it wouldn't make that much difference really as the secondary cats flow pretty well.

That sucks, didn't know, thanks. I thought Evolve already had a cat ready fix, guess not. Thanks.

CAE Ultra Shifter is a great idea. I didn’t know it existed. Thank you justpete! Thanks to google I found it’s made in Germany and ordered it right away. I have UUC short shift, good for street but it sucks on the track.
