Also Shiv, would there be much benifit in a custom tune by you on my car?
you will for sure bro.

How come you dont post up your personal dyno's all day Shiv

Terrys car makes power and its cool that it makes what it does but no other JB customer has ever come close to Terrys numbers on a Dyno... I would like to know why

Cool thing is, now that it's at 100%, I'll keep the setting here. Now, I'll start some data logging...

I ran 100% for a tank, but the gas price is too much!! Yes, please post some data logs...I only saw boost in the high 14s. Interesting to see the choppy adaptation dyno....I would assume it would smooth out once it has more time to adapt?

The only results that aren't smooth are Dan's first two runs (while in the process of adapting to race gas) and Adam's one-off beta map which was too aggressive for the conditions. Terry will make it as difficult as possible for the casual observer to see that. And he will compare them to his own car that magically makes 30-50whp more than any customer JB result posted on this forum.

400 WHP and all that useable torque is NUTS! Although 100 octane is expensive, if you get an intake it takes advantage of its extra potential to the tune of 40 WHP. That is a big gain, and maybe worth it when you are going out to raise some hell.

great numbers dan, any idea how much boost you are running now at 100%?

I too went to thedyno but had problems overboosting because of the weather

Isn't there a smoothing factor that's applied to these curves?

The same smoothing factor is applied to all the curve. That smoothening wont account for gross sampling bias.

Do actions still speak louder than words? Here is Dan's chart, Josh's chart (a JB customer), and my chart, all with the stock air box, all on 100 octane mixes.

PS. Josh and I both have $600 UR downpipes and the factory catback systems.

very nice #'s dan... I need to re-dyno at LAPD badly! Like yours, my car wasn't adapted at all to 2.0.2. Did you still want to get your secondary cats deleted? The shop that did mine and deck's is pretty close to LAPD...

Terry, you should take mine off the graph for now till I get some clean runs in

When did you go? Im going again next week after my car has had a chance to fully adapt. Im also going to remove the stock airbox and filter for the runs... I'll for sure blow these numbers away at the next dyno...

No worries, this isn't a contest. Just posting up the data for people that find that kind of thing interesting. I think with downpipes you'd pickup 10-15rw.

I meant when comparing to Terry's...i.e were the same smoothing factors used?

Why are you even comparing Dan's subjectively worst-of-three clearly nonadapted runs to hand selected runs of fully adapted cars with more mods (downpipes) done on a different day? This is what makes me question your integrity more than anything else. I know you know better. Yet you count on most of the forum readers being none the wiser.

Why are you addrsesing me with an attitude? The run posted was his 3rd run, most fully adapted by your account. His others looked really bad to be honest but I will post if you want.

That is the first time i have ever seen a JB customer with those kind of numbers... Looks good... Why does your car make like 30WHP & 60WTQ more than his though if you guys are running almost the same mods? Just wondering...

wasnt shiv just saying dan's 3rd run was how you can tell the car was an example of the car adapting and that it still has more to go?
