If you don't mind me asking, what's this kit running you, out the door? Install costs included?

http://www.motivmotorsport.com/produ...iant=870452059

So you're looking at 8 grand for the kit plus another 1500-2k for install.

To make more than 500-550 on pump, you'll want the port fuel injection kit (900 or 1700) and a LPFP upgrade (800). To handle the power, you'll want a new clutch/flywheel which is around 2 grand. To be able to put the power down you'll need an LSD (1500-2500). Along with all of this you'll need a tuning solution such as Cobb and JB4 stack (400 for Cobb v2, 500 or so for JB4). Additionally you'll need a charge pipe and BOV (650). Depending on age of the car you'll want to do water pump/thermostat since it's an expensive job to do it on it's own and the part is right there when doing the turbo kit install (700ish). If you do more than the Motiv kit, there's a bunch of small things that add up such as spark plugs, coil packs, bellhousing bolts, gaskets, etc.

Mine should be done on Tuesday :P

Basically the waterpipe black tube is backwards right? Just remove and connect backwards?

yep, that black coupler only goes on one way correctly, reverse it and all is good.

Yeah, no I have gathered a ton of research on switching over to a single. And if everything goes well this weekend, I'll be minus my F250, and plus a little pocket change. So I was just trying to get a rough idea of what all the cost was on top of FBO.

I'm AT, so no clutch for me. I haven't read of too many TC failures, but maybe I'm missing that. So a BOV mandatory? I'm not overly fond of the noise. The fuel pump mod I can see, but I'll need to look into port fuel injection. The LSD is a necessary evil I suppose...

This kit replaces the stock motor mount with a fabricated mount and lowers the turbo too far down. The front right drive axle is in the way.

motor is still in stock location but turbo would probably be in way.
