+1, i dont see how they can efficiently protect society (without using a deadly weapon) when they cant really chase after anyone.

The guys on motorcycles always look like they are in shape though, they must have requirements.

Usually, the overweight cops have been on the force for 15-20 years. Late nights/swing shift/changes every 6 months affect your health. Most motorcycle cops are younger, hence the leaner body types.
