I wanted to ask about the H&R cups actually... How do they compare to the Eibach & Koni FSD/yellows setup vs H&R & Koni yellows? Whats the compromise in ride like and how does their handling compare?

i am also interested in the differences between these 3 set-ups.. anyone have any experience with either? and could give us a break-down between the three?

my suspension decision just keeps on getting more complicated!

Guys putting just the eibach pro kit will hurt the car ???

I know you've mention that for H&R spring you should use Koni yellow shocks. I lowered my 2007 E92 1.8" rear and 2" front. Now my suspension is just too soft and bouncy. After reading this I looked up the koni yellow and found two different ones. Any suggestion where to buy the ones your talking about for a good price. Thank you. Preferred adjustable.

I have the FSDs with the sports and it's good...but he went way lower and definately should not get FSD's with that drop....
