I am curious to know this as well, it looks like you may be able to (rather simply) flip the factory manifolds upside down with some re-drilling of bolt holes. That could simplify the plumbing for a future revision.

This looks like an interesting project either way, I think other people have already made the comments I had in mind, so good luck, and I look forward to your results.

Yeah the bolt holes more than likely wouldn't line up if you were to flip the manifolds, if this ends up being a successful project and the "production" pieces are cleaned up in terms of appearance I may be a future customer .

Looks ok for how much you have into it but i would have made a smoother transition for the wastegate. Very interested in how this turns out.

Yeah, the bolt holes are not lined up in the center of the manifold. I will post more pics once i get back the manifold from coating today. Also, this manifold is a prototype and we will have to make the welds applied better next time. This manifold had lots of adjustments, leaks, and cuts.

Better welds, and/or cleaner ones and I'd be seriously interested!

This was a prototype so to speak, so the welds will be a lot better on others that follow. Once the car is ready we will get numbers on a dyno.

Cool project. You doing twin scroll? Shouldn't it have two wastegates? You offering a downpipe and intercooler pipe as well?

We could, the options will start with just manifold and option up. Trying to keep this in the affordable range. More to follow.

I guess I'm just a little confused by the mani flange. It's a flange for a divided twin scroll housing but the mani underneath is not 3/3 fully divided so I don't see the purpose in that flange.
