ehm, +1000 on performance driving school. U have a really powerfull car, it seems U're not ready to handle it. It was really not meant like an offense, U have a great chance to learn something what can make U understand your car better, drive safer (and faster at the same time). U should really go there.
Even if not (NONONO!!! go there!!!), one thing to understand - even if we live in the digital age, the throttle has more positions like 0 (zero) and 1 (full). U can drive like that in a 50-70HP "digital" car but not in a RWD 335i. Pls realise that every time your car acts like U described us, it's traction control just happened to save your ass. Go to that performance driving school and professionals will teach U to modulate the throttle and forget there is some traction control in your car.
