Tine is now, time is money.

Enjoy it now, and drive it like it was made to be driven.

20 years is a long time.

No, this one is for the collection. I'm sure he has at least 1 other BMW that's for driving

I am not usually the guy to say this, but I think you should keep it as is.

Personally, with cars like the E30 M3, you become a steward of that car. Really it is no different than a long nose 911S or, dare I say it, Ferrari.

A car like that needs to be loved, driven and left alone. Not as an investment (although it will be) but as a testament to what a great car.

Leave the mods to E36 M3. Tons of those out there to monkey with!

Just my 2c

EDIT - Ok, if you gotta mod it, maybe make a perfect, factory correct Sport Evolution. That would be very cool...

For the moment but the i3 lease is $249 monthly so it doesn't terribly count.

Beautiful ride. My humble opinion, Keep it stock, and have fun driving it. I agree with the other poster, leave the modding to the E36 crowd.

I know what everyone is saying but I bought the car to really enjoy it and for me having it stock isn't enjoying it. I'm obviously not planning to repaint it green or gut the interior, but some light mods like wheels and suspension should be okay.

I hear ya. That's fine, gotta do what will make you happy, that's most important. Keep all the stock parts then so you can always revert!

Not to scare you, but a guy I talked to (not myself) said you should get rid of it. I mean, i'll take it for you. You have to press in a clutch before you move a lever everytime to change gears. Do you really want a car like that?

i would just throw some HRE classics on it and call it a day. ( but a signal green e30 m3 street build would be epic if done right)
