omg... this is never going to get off the ground like this lol...
if there's one thing I've learned from my "clubrsx" experience is that you can't accomodate everyone... there's always next time or another meet. i say pick a date and run with it...

If we're karting indoors, why does weather matter that much? I think as long as there isn't not a tornado outside, we should be alright.
Most of you are already driving your e9X's in the winter! lol

I agree, pick a date, go with it no matter the weather, if the weather is bad then people don't show, but you can't decide before the fact, just go for it!!

I'm up for it if it's on a weekend... or afternoons on a weekday. My work requires me to work evenings. Sorry. So I vote Monday mid-afternoon or Tuesday mid-afternoon.

What is a proper meet?
The first kart meet I went to was actually the meet with 2nd most people showing up. (First was the dimsum meet, and took awhile to agree on a time, and some of you guys complained it's too early)
