Unless you lady is a former pro doubt she has practice with hand jobs since 8th grade so it would be about useless and leave your dick raw and probably have to help her get it done anyways. Better to just jerk it yourself and tell her to lean back and open her mouth.

Lol, remember I married a mute.
It takes a fuckton of patience going through the days issues while the other listens nods and moves on. I know it's him accepting my moves and I am aware me asking him for a feed a is probably killing him. I counted yesterday, he said seven words to me. All day. I don't actually give a fuck about who he's thinking. I would sometimes like to have some fucking feedback. Like: A dinner being beyond compare, and we are chatting at the table, he speaks and asks questions from the kids and kids leave the table giving me suggestions. "mom that was great, the rosemary works really well with it" He goes "thank you (in Finnish that's one word)."

I'm not a talker either. But i seem to have a word meter that tells me when she's said an amount of words that will require me to respond. So i do when necessary. Of course if it's something interesting she's talking about i'll be engaged already. The word meter kicks in when it's the work stories that i've heard 100 times. I think that's a fair trade for not being asked what i'm thinking.

How do you best manage fulfilling your wishes as it pertains to "free time" vs. fulfilling "our time" activities?
I ask as I've been traveling quite extensively for professional reasons. Mon - Friday I'm in the Bay Area, come Friday evening I'm looking forward to the flight home to PDX, decompressing at my place alone, reading something cool, and maybe on occasion goofing off with family. Admittedly at first glance this scenario and the consideration I'm asking you to take is very selfish, completely disregarding the feelings/needs of the hypothetical partner; nonetheless I'd love to hear how you successfully married gents maintain a balance, were you able to feel things out while dating? Also, what's with the "man cave?" Is it truly that rare to find a partner with similar interests such that you wouldn't need a cave of sorts? I'm never relegating my books to a cave, no matter how manly :P |

It could also help if I told him what I do with my time. he knows it's weird hippie shit but he prefers not to know the details.

I'd like some space...if not property, then at least access within a reasonable drive time. I once had a Lups moment...loaded up the truck and drove from OC to just north of Lake Tahoe...Grey's Lake...to get away. It's where I decided to stop driving. Found a nice jeep trail and lived out of a 4Runner for several days. It was deer season, so I'd be out all day with a pack, rifle, binos, and handgun. If I thought I'd see someone, I'd break trail and head upslope. Not sure why I posted this, but I do like the outdoors. Nowadays, alone time is 10-15 miles out in the Pacific. |
