ive gotten alot i mean alot alot of tickets. i just got back from the dmv to clear some stuff up. temporary registration must be on your front bottom right winsheild. that is good for up to 1 year after u bought the car it use to be only 90 days but they changed it for one year. tint tickets are always fix it tickets go to the judge and get it signed off before you go and he will also tell you its a fix it ticket.


and even 1 week after you buy your car with dealer plates they will pull you over and mess with you. ive gone 2 years will dealer plates on certain cars and ive gone 7 months all depends on your luck.

I'm just going to take the tint off, mount the bracket, get it signed off by the CHP, mail it with $10 administration fee and go to the court to fight the fine (if it's huge).

tint is gonna be around 130-150 front plates i dont know. but if u get it signed off its 10 bucks

I only paid the $10.00 court fee. I think mine was marked correctable because I did not receive any other paper work with an amount to pay.

That’s funny because that happened to me last night, I took off a little fast and he was sitting there with his radar and my radar caught him. I passed him and he pulled up behind me and turned his lights on. I got a ticket for tinted windows, but he didn’t write me up for no plates. The good thing about motorcycle cops is that I guess they can’t check your drivers record. My license is suspended, and I told him it wasn’t. He let me go with just a ticket . Cop was a dick, FUCK GLENDALE COPS!

oh yea about this situation.....even though i got a "non-fixing ticket" on the citation, when i received my courtesy letter at home, it said "fixable 10.00" or "2XX.XX bail out"....

did the cop see your radar detector? aren't they illegal in CA?

Radar detector is perfectly legal in CA. Radar and Laser jammers however, are not.

i think some radar detectors are actually illegal if i recall correctly.
