Can anyone post a nightime picture of the low-beam spread on a street? My experience with most aftermarket headlights is that the beam pattern isn't solid or even. TIA!

FYI, if anybody else gets the turn signal error in the morning, I got it a few more times. It's always in the morning when it's cold out, and after about 30 minutes of driving it goes away. My guess is that maybe condensation is getting on that loose connector, since my car is not garaged. So I wrapped the passenger side connector in electrical tape. Next morning, turn signal error, but driver side only... So I wrapped the drover side in electrical tape, too. No errors after that.
UPDATE: Error has returned, left side only. In the morning when its cold, and goes away after a bit of driving and using the turn signal. Any ideas? Last edited by Ruddigger; 02-07-2016 at 03:20 PM.. |

Projectors may not be as good as oem though, and depending on the situation, may want to upgrade to better projectors first.

Update? still throwing codes? moisture issues?
edit just saw you fixed the issue. I wonder how one would go about a HID retrofit

Lights have been perfect. Went through 2 snow storms and 2 car washes. No condensation nor codes/errors. Honestly, nowadays I look at all angel eyes seen while driving and say ehhh lol. However, I see other peoples light output and say damn, mine suck lol( not just beemers). Still haven't gotten a chance to put the HID's in yet. In due time

I'm thinking of ordering these. How are they holding up and do you guys like them?
The PO took out the adaptive headlights for some reason and put in some shitty aftermarket ones. They work fine but the lenses are fucked. They throw the adaptive headlight error which I'm going to code out, I'm assuming these will work the same? |
