Can anyone help ne decide if the 1TB bundles extra packs and battlepacks are worth it? Other's have suggested getting an external SSD drive to load games faster, so I don't think I need the 1TB model. Are the extra packs worth the extra $50 bucks?

I wouldnt spend a cent for BF1, neither a console. If you want to save money, buy it for PC and save the rest for better games

Agreed I picked BF1 up for $30 on a pre black Friday sale and wished I hadnt. Just another bad BF game.

I play Overwatch and Titanfall2 on PC and Xbox. Youre right PC is much better but all my friends just want a console.

I would get it just because comes in military green. other than that, i would probably save the money. keep in mind, i don't think the external SSD drives are cheap.

Dunno hows BF1 into your country rated, but here its 18+ and no kids are allowed to play.

We have a rating system, but no on enforces it here.
At first I wasn't going to let my boys play COD or BF type games, but it's not that bad, particularly since they like the zombie games the most. They do play on line and it's not too gory, so I'm ok with it.

As long as mom and dad and the grandparents are willing to buy rated games to their kids, we have to face the fact that we could get killed by kids into the age at 11 or only slightly older.
I dont care how easy my kids could muster gore or splatter games, as long as they are kids, they must not play zombie or slaughter games.
Well, meanwhile my kids are long outta my house and my daughter is playing COD oder BF3 better than me and my son give a sh*t on playing at PC or console, but that wouldnt change my mind to the rated games.

Anybody payed attention to the size of the hitboxes at the planes? Sometimes they'd already outta your aim box, you had shot and the bullet hit the box of the plane outta the real vehicle but the oversized hitbox.
Thats crap and typical for the whole BF-series, same thing as you hide around a corner at BF4 but your hitbox stays too far outside...you're dead although you are covered...

I gotta eat a little crow here. Put some more time into the new BF and I'm actually quite enjoying it. Kinda wish I would have gotten it for PC instead of Xbox but hey you go where your friends play I guess.

I have logged about 55 hours already and still love the game. The new update comes out today which adds a new map and gun plus tons of bug fixes.

Is it just me or are the horses bulletproof in BF1? You can machine gun 30 rounds into one as it comes towards you and the rider just kills you with a sword.......WTF?

You need to take out the rider not the horse. Or if you are assault the AT gun can take a horse down.
