I just saw this thread, friggan hilarious...

Reminds me of a girl in college I knew. She was having engine problems and someone told her to check the oil, 'cause maybe it needed more. Well she figured might as well just add some to be safe... so she did... in the hole where the gas goes. The little Geo was totalled.

What's really scary is that this was an all engineering college!

Slightly OT but the Top Gear method is much better... Just drive past the thing close to 200mph and it won't register.
