Yes. You can "adjust" the front turbo actuator rod by adding washers between the diaphragm and the bracket, essentially pushing the diaphragm further out and tightening the slack on the rod.

Hope it makes sense.

How did you get access to it? There are tons of coolant and A/C lines in the way, last I checked.

The turbo engineers aka TTE make turbos for VAG platform group cars. That's how I know of them. Been around quite some time and appear to have a good rep. They do a lot of turbine clipping on stage 1/2 products though which I don't like.
