What are te driving conditions? Spirtited canyon driving? Road racing? Do you live in an area with alot of hills with sudden stops? Do you remember what you were doing with car right before they warped?
If you brake hard and cause the rotors to overheat and then immediately stop and stay on the brakes, it will cause them to warp.
Are you running an aggressive pad? This can also cause the pads to overheat because the brakes are typically at a higher operating temp then with stock style pads.

Stoptech, brake components manufacturer, indicates that disc warpage is a rare event. Read the article. Buy better pads.

If I read it !!
Very interesting.
I will try to clean discs sanding
My pads are ATE

Street normal driving no sudden braking or racetracks.
I think it all started when replacing normal air guide through the guide M. His previous owner had not changed the brake air guide.
He wanted to do well and the mechanic was wrong and put the guide M but not the 335i.
I think everything could start there.

It may be a coincidence, but the car never had vibration problems until I installed the air guides M wrong.
What steps you would do to solve the problem?
Thank you very much for your help.

I have told you already:either replace or rebuild your calipers.

^ What feuer said. Not even a question with your problem, it's a sticking piston or pistons.

Hi guys!
Again vibration in the steering wheel when braking.
I have already changed 7 times. Sometimes in warranty and sometimes not.
Can they be the calipers?
It's been the only thing I have not changed.
Thanks friends!

Am I reading the timestamps correctly? A year later and you are still having the same problem?

You've been advised the root cause are the calipers and you've replaced all other related parts multiple times besides the calipers.....?

I have not replaced calipers because my mechanic tells me they're fine.
I'm already desperate.
Is there a way to know if the calipers are the problem?

I will definitely change my calipers.
Is there a method to know if they are defective?
Do you know if there is a repair kit or should I buy new calipers?
Thank you

Replace your mechanic, see if the problem persists.

Take a photo of all your old brake discs and show us. Make sure the entire disc is visible.

I'm thinking this might be a pad imprint issue caused by the driver keeping their foot on the brake pedal when the brakes have been used heavily.
Or pad dust being bonded to the disc surface after washing the wheels/car.

Of course this is an issue related to friction pad material being transferred unevenly to the surface of the disc...that doesn't really answer any questions though.

In this case, as already mentioned 1000x, the calipers likely need to be rebuilt; after that, I suggest changing pads to a different brand/model/compound that might better suit OPs driving style.

So you've done everything else but what few guys on here have been suggesting, and a year later still experiencing this same issue.

Yet you still refuse to address your calipers, why?

How much money have you spend correcting this problem already?

Get the calipers rebuilt or replaced, and eliminate them from the root cause once and for all. I can't believe it has been over a year and you are still dealing with this shit.

Vibrations while braking are usually either
- warperd rotors,
- uneven pads,
- uneven pad deposits
...all of which are likely due to bad calipers.
- worn our thrust arm bushings

All was addressed except calipers, as you said.

Do what feuer has been suggesting, calipers, fluid and report back if the issue returns.

Good Luck god damn it!

I had the same issues with my 335i. It was the pad and disc combo I was using. Once I went back to the Oem premium rotors and pads I have had no issues. The carbon pads were leaving deposits on the rotors and driving me nuts, shake at low and high speed and after a day or two of really easy driving it would start to smooth out. Once I would hit the brakes hard again.. Instant shake.

Warped rotors are almost never an issue on a street car.
Stoptech directly refutes almost all stories of warped rotors.
Deposits are more likely.

Anyway he should replace his mechanic.

My money would be on Front Control Arms-every BMW that I have owned that started to shake under braking was related to front suspension parts.
Both The E9Xs that I have/had needed new control arms by 50k miles.
