F vs C on the temps there, my bad, should have seen that. Lol.

No worries! Little update, I haven't been able to work on the car Since Tuesday. While putting the R90 pump in I broke my right pinky finger after smashing it pretty good... I'm hoping to take my sweet time and get her all back together tomorrow while I'm off work. Everything was a pretty simple process, similar to injection pumps I've done on commonrail trucks. My intake manifold already has the swirl flap delete, and it was pretty much squeaky clean so thats good. No carbon buildup here The return line was a banjo bolt on the R70, on my R90 it's a nipple just like the feed on both of them. I simply cut the banjo fitting off and replaced it with hose and clamps. I'm hoping everything goes smoothly when it's back together. We will see! Then my next step is tune, exhaust or if I'm feeling better soon I may jump to hybrids and do it all at once. Time will tell. Along with the sale of my E34 M5.

I saw someone had CNC'd some nice plugs for the ends of the cooler lines, I would like to find those if I can. Rather than running hoses to connect them, but it'll do the trick if it has to.

I have looked into and contacted Profi. I was concerned as to whether or not the downpipe would be compatible with US models, but they wrote me back stating that about 10 people in North America have purchased them and didn't have any issues. I am leaning towards gutting the DPF and having my local guy do the rest of the exhaust. This would probably be my cheapest option, as well as my best fitment option. He is well known for being able to tuck an exhaust like no other. It would be one piece, 304, and fitted to my specific car.

I am going to contact BPC in the next couple of days and hopefully get some answers as far as options go. I'd like to go stage 3. Although, while recording some data on TorquePro I hit about 34 PSI or so, peak and hold, during a 70-110 pull. So now I'm curious as to if I am stacking my JBD at 100 percent on top of a tune... How common have injector issues been? I can't imagine full replacements being cheap. Rebuilds with a larger nozzle could be an option though...

Doing a tune with a DPF gut and SCR gut until I can put my exhaust on may be the way to go. Alternatively, I can have him make the exhaust now while he is not incredibly busy, pull it off and put stock on until I get a tune. Loud doesn't bother me too much; I have a 12 valve Cummins that is straight piped and a 1951 Mercury with a 4BT Cummins that has a 12 inch stack off of the turbo. Not much can get louder than those haha. Drone at speed is my main concern, so I may run a few small resonators to eliminate or at least help that.

Your car sounds tasty! Ahhh, I can't wait until I can hear her sing a bit better. It'll be nice being able to sleep at night not worrying about emissions equipment as well.

I suppose that would work, but fitment being perfect off the bat would be better! It seems the bracket can be bent pretty easily so that's not an issue really. My main concern is probably the sensor placement.
I've had the PROFI for over a year now and still love it. SS is still in awesome shape. Welds, bends and craftsmanship is exactly what you'd expect from European builder. Sound is great. Profi has a great reputation, look at there 335D-bad ass

I actually just messaged them on Facebook and they messaged me back after a day. $1050 for the exhaust, which seems like a hell of a deal for a complete turbo back with their reputation! Thank you guys for your input

Sorry for the noob question? But would this exhaust include everything I'd need to delete the DPF and SCR?

Turbo back will include the downpipe (replaces DPF) and exhaust all the way to the tips (removing the SCR).
