Yeah, I was using 24" for the sin(0.25*) hypotenuse, close enough. I run about half that toe out at ~1/16" total.

I just had another look at the print out, i think in my mind i was aiming for -15'. I ended up with only -10', so -0.15" total front toe out. Pretty happy with it so i might just keep an eye on tyre wear. Tyre noise when braking is loud and only some surfaces will roar when I'm just cruising. I get bored of tyres when they are half worn anyway so i might look at more economical options next time round. PSS here are about 50% dearer than a PZero for example
