A manual transmission can be set to "comfort", "sport", and "track" modes simply by the technique and speed at which you shift it; it doesn't need "modes", modes are for manumatics that try to behave like a real 3-pedal manual transmission. If you can money-shift it, it's a manual transmission. "Yeah, but NO ONE puts an automatic trans shift knob on a manual transmission."

For a daily I think it needs to be comfortable, fast, big, and able to do a lot but still stand out in a subtle way.

I think I have a decent combo:

1er: Budget 991.2T
Z33: Especially after replacing all of the subframe and suspension bushings is kinda like a budget 997 GT-3. It’s comfortable enough to daily drive (but don’t really want to) and I can choose grip or drift driving when I want.
