are you looking for a car that will.be fastest around a track...then gs c7 is the way to go but if you are looking for a car that will bring you the most smiles per mile as a road car than a cayman s or gts is the way to go you get used to power quickly....thats all a c7 has over a 981 gts...i had a c7 so i speak from experience |

Pretty in-depth review of the TTRS plus direct comparisons with the GS.
https://www.caranddriver.com/reviews...h-model-review For me, straight line speed is fun, but there's nothing like hitting the apexs on your favorite winding road.

that system is being used on Golf R, Seat Leon Cupra SW also.. yes technically its 4 wheel drive.. but unless there are extreme conditions like no traction across different wheel axle on tire each, system acts like FWD.. though its %90 front %10 back wheel after 30-35kmh anyway.. you can search deeper by Haldex AWD system on web..

Yeah, the 90/10 split is from the Mk6, and it was still capable of 50% to the rear. The Mk7 is more rear biased. Of note, VW has a sweetheart deal with Haldex though, so MB, Volvo and others using Haldex have older versions that send no power to the rear until slip is detected. Even for the A/GLA45.
Also explains why Ford, BMW and others have developed their own setup for transverse motors. |

This. With the insignificant price difference between GS and Z06, why wouldn't you. 650hp/650 ft/lbs with a 5 year 100k warranty. This car has insane power and mechanical grip, you really have to plan ahead every time you go full throttle.
Also, the trunk is soo big that i was able to fit a full set of M4 wheels in it. I was also able to fit my snowboard in it. lol it's hilarious. |

I've driven this entire winter in my Z06 with snow tires. Took it out during snow storms and no issues. If you have the ground clearance, you will be fine.
